General Information

CyberPlat®, integrated broad-based multibank Internet payment system, is historically the first Russian electronic payment system. The first online payment was effected on March 18, 1998 for the Garant-Park Company, and the first payment to a cellular communication operator, Beeline, was effected on August 12, 1998. Currently, CyberPlat® has been in operation for 21 years and is the largest, most reliable and well-adjusted electronic payment system in Russia and CIS.

At present, the CyberPlat® cash acceptance network comprises over 1 480,000 outlets, accepting cash payments for the leading operators of mobile and landline communication networks, commercial television and various service providers, including MTS, Beeline, MegaFon, TELE2 and many others in Russia, Kazakhstan and India.

The Company considers the following as its main short-term targets:

• maintaining the position of the CyberPlat® electronic payment system, as the largest by the scope payment acceptance network in the Russian and CIS markets;
• further development of the System as an independent multibank payment system of transnational scale;
• developing partnerships with organizations and companies conducive to the promotion of the electronic trade infrastructure on the global scale;
• strengthening the CyberPlat® trade mark as a leading brand in the real-time e-payment segment.
