If you mistyped payment details and your payment was still successfully effected to the wrong address, you will need to contact your service provider in order to amend or cancel the payment.
If your payment was not effected, your funds will remain in your account. To have your funds returned or to re-effect the payment, you need to contact the owner of the payment acceptance outlet. Support phone number should be indicated at the top of your receipt or in the Information section of the terminal.

If you have questions with regard to your payment, you need to attach a picture of your receipt. Inquiries submitted without a receipt picture will not be considered.
If you have not received, or have lost your receipt, you will need to contact your local outlet for a copy.
